Activities
The Activities Committee is responsible for organising competitions (with the exception of the Rally and Eisteddfod) for the Federation of Montgomery. They are also responsible for organising social events for members over the age of 18.
The committee meets six times a year and each Club has the responsibility of electing two representatives on to the committee to put forward the views and ideas of their Club. Two additional co-opted members are elected to sit on the committee to offer advice and support.
At the first meeting of the year, members elect officials for the forthcoming meetings. The 2011 - 2012 Activities officials are as follows.
